5pm: start shipping intra shake (50g HBCD , 20g EAAs , 5g citrulline malate , 5g Leucine , 5g Creatine , 5g Glutamine) , inject 200mcg Hexareline , 100mcg Ipamorline , 100mcg CJC-1295 w/o DAC
START TRAINING.
6:30pm: 50g Whey Isolate , 50g HBCD
7:30pm: 8oz 95% ground beef , 6oz sweet potatoes , 200mch Hexareline
9:30pm: 50g eggwhite/Casine shake , 1/2 cup oats.
10:30pm: 200mcg Hexareline , 12.5mcg MK-677 then bed
43 yrs old , 150mg test prescribed TRT weekly , adding 450mg test to that and 300mg Equipoise
Currently 263 pounds at 6'1" , BF% is at 14% according to 7 point caliper test.
My goal is to add some muscle while not gaining any fat (hopefully losing some) before I start a contest prep in April. Currently doing 10 min cardio at 75% heart rate 3x a week for heart health mostly.
Probably going to start one of John Meadows training plans rather than follow what I've been doing which is kind of a Doggcrap style.
