Diet and Supplementation for DC training. Did u change your diet when u started DC?

I know there are allot of info on diet and supplements on DC training.
DC Training can be very taxing on the CNS.

I'm tired of seeing these threads asking questions that can be answered by reading. Honestly this is getting crazy. Again you need to go to intense muscle and read the stickies in the Dogg and puppy pound. Yes you do change your diet and it can be read in the puppy pound.

Listen man, you need to stop being so negative and do his homework for him! He is lazy and doesn't want to read. He doesn't want to train hard, so help him modify DC. He doesn't want to change his diet, so figure it out for him. Come on man!!! (I hope you can tell I'm being sarcastic!)

Whenever I see the Ronnie name, I think 'the fatigue guy' because for a while there he made several posts per day related to fatigue and lethargy.
Now the theme of his posts are DC related.
