This is what I eat on my workdays mon-fri, on the weekends I will get a little lax and maybe eat out at a restaurant or eat some desserts. I haven't been growing at all lately so I am checking out every single angle of my program to make sure it's ok, will you guys please take a look and let me know what you think or if you would change anything? Thanks!
Stats: Age 33, weight 205, height 5'7
Goal: get to 225 fairly lean
Current stack: test cyp 1gram/wk, mast e 500mg/wk, anadrol 100mg/day (mast e and anadrol were only recently throw in last week), before that it was 1gram of test and 500mg of prop /wk
Breakfast: 2 cup skim milk, 2 scopps whey, 8 whole eggs
Mid-morning: 1 can chicken breast, 2 cups cottage cheese
Lunch: 16 oz. chicken breast snadwich in wheat bread
Pre-workout: 2 scoops whey
Post workout: 3 scoops whey, 1 scoop creatine
Dinner: 8 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup beans, 2 cups skim milk
Befor bed: 2 cups skim milk, 2 scoops whey
Totals: Protein= 586 grams, calories=4188 (usually dont count fat or carbs)
