Diet critique please

This is what I eat on my workdays mon-fri, on the weekends I will get a little lax and maybe eat out at a restaurant or eat some desserts. I haven't been growing at all lately so I am checking out every single angle of my program to make sure it's ok, will you guys please take a look and let me know what you think or if you would change anything? Thanks!

Stats: Age 33, weight 205, height 5'7
Goal: get to 225 fairly lean
Current stack: test cyp 1gram/wk, mast e 500mg/wk, anadrol 100mg/day (mast e and anadrol were only recently throw in last week), before that it was 1gram of test and 500mg of prop /wk

Breakfast: 2 cup skim milk, 2 scopps whey, 8 whole eggs

Mid-morning: 1 can chicken breast, 2 cups cottage cheese

Lunch: 16 oz. chicken breast snadwich in wheat bread

Pre-workout: 2 scoops whey

Post workout: 3 scoops whey, 1 scoop creatine

Dinner: 8 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup beans, 2 cups skim milk

Befor bed: 2 cups skim milk, 2 scoops whey

Totals: Protein= 586 grams, calories=4188 (usually dont count fat or carbs)

only thing id change is take alot of the whey out, and add more solid food, real food> shakes any time
 
too much protein, complex carbs are too low
 
Most of your carbs come from milk....id opt for more balance.

4 pieces of Eziekel Bread

So your eating a pound of chicken here?
I would eat 10 ounces cooked chicken with 2 cups rice

Pre-workout: 2 scoops whey
Throw in a Banana

Post workout: 3 scoops whey, 1 scoop creatine
Mix with 12 ounces Gatorade

Dinner: 8 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup beans, 2 cups skim milk
8 oz. red meat with potatoes

Befor bed: 2 cups skim milk, 2 scoops whey
(tablespoon of all natural peanut buter)
Totals: Protein= 586 grams, calories=4188 (usually dont count fat or carbs)

!Way to much protein brother! If your going to eat all that protein your better off
cutting some whey out and eating meat!
 
Looks like a pretty low carb diet to me, I would throw in a couple carb/protein days keeping fats lower. Say a squat our dead lift type day when you have the potential to really store some glucose. I would save the protein/fat days for smaller muscle group training days and rest days. Try running carbs around 2-3 grams a lb of body weight on carb days.
