so i started a diet on monday kind of my own Anabolic Diet
Meals 1-3 are 8 oz. 0f 80/20 ground beef with a slice of pepperjack cheese and 2 whole hard boiled eggs
Meals 4-5 are protein shake with fish oil capsules
Meal 6 is 6 whole hard boiled eggs
then i use Saturday and Sunday as a 48 hour carb up to replace glycogen.
Heres my question are my saturated fats to high. I feel pretty good so far started on monday. Thank god for eggs they really help with hunger cravings.
