My stats are 31 235 16% bf and I have been working out for 7 years hard for 3 and I do know how a diet should look I came from 280 30%bf but I just wanted some help on this and I am running 500 mg test E and 600mg EQ with 6ius HGH

Im wanting to freshen up my diet change always helps with fat loss so I figured I would pick the great minds on here for something different
