diet gurus help!! hows this diet look??
ok guys, here is my diet im on right now
meals 1-3 40 g protein from meat fish poultry ect
50g starchy carb potatos, yams, rice ect..
fat is minimal
meals 4-5 50-60 g protein
20 g fiberous carbs
fats minimal
meal 6 50-60 g protein
naw this diet works good for me, i was trying another ckd diet and i was constantly flat and well just did not work.
well now im stuck, on weekend i try to tweak the diet a bit by either upping carbs or lowering them depending on how im looking. some days i look awesome, hard full and skin is so thin and tight, other days skin mostly around abdomen is loose and i still get leaner, but just look a little more bloated.
i guess my question is how would you know if your carb sensitive or not and maybe some of you diet gurus can help tweak my diet for me. i did it last year for 2 shows and was incredibly shredded, but i stupidly lent my out line to a friend who has seemed to of LOST it! any way i was down to about 6-7% bf about 4 weeks out, AND would carb deplete on weekedns fri sat and sun, this seemed to work well, got down to like 4% bf, maybe lower. now im just playing with things cause i want to compete in the New Jersey championships next may. so since im haveing a small tweaking problem, maybe some else can see something i cant
any help would be really great!!
