...6ft2 160lbs 13-15% bf
ive actually been training for 4 years but totally fell of due to the back surgeries i just under went (3 spinal fusions)6 months of laying in bed eating =no good i was actually 135 after my surgery lost total of 30lbs (emaciated)lol
i was 175lbs 5% bf last summer, is it poisssible to even get here should i post some pics?
so basically heavy lifting is out of the picture, being huge is out for this summer
i would really appreciate some help with dieting/exercise for ppl with back problems
what im limited to now is hiting the speed bag / curling 20-25lbs very light lifting
no running/abs
please i need help im not use to being so terribly out of shape lol
