Hi i need a little help. With time i got obsessed of being fat and i slowly fucked up my diet And ended up eating too little. I want to get back on track for some lean muscle build. These r infos that can help to come up with a diet.....im 5.11 , 205, 37yo, 10% bodyfat. On trt and 100mg a week of tren. The thing is my first meal is at 10am(that when i wake up), and going to bed at 1am. Training is usually at 430pm.
Ingredients i can use : chicken,rice,pasta, beef,fish, veggies, whey protein powder, oats. I like to keep it simple. Fat from nuts and olive oil.
Appreciate any help.....
 
You're 10% bf and you say you got fat? Is this a serious thread? At 10% bf you can see all your abs.
 
There are paid trainers here that will make you a diet. There are plenty of threads and discussions here on dieting that I have found very helpful. Do a search and read a little bit. Then write up your meal plan here with your goals and stats and ask for any input.
 
Well i know if i search i can find a lot of info, also im a trainer myself, but i like to see other people views, sometimes we think we know everything but we dont, thats why i didnt write nothing yet, i want to see what different people would work with. Thing to take note is the time of first meal 10am and sleeping time 1am. Just want to see some ideas before i do the same thing i used to.....thats all, thats wht forums are for right? And yes i can see my abs, its a caliper 10%, so probably a real 12-14%. Lol. Just curious how people would split the macros and timing the meals........ps, i dont put on fat that easy...

Just determine the amount of pro/carbs/fats you need to consume ed and divide it by the meals that you are going to consume. Eat your greens

Just because i like to act like im John Meadows sometimes...

Meal one 10 am: 40 grams Whey, cup of Oats, handful of nuts.

Meal two: 1 pm: 6 oz Chicken, cup of rice, tblsp Olive Oil

Workout 4:30

Postworkout: 40 grams whey, cup of oats blended.

7:30 PM Fish and Pasta. As much as you can consume.

11 PM. 6 oz Beef, veggies.

Thanks, not something i would think but nice and simple, love the fish and pasta meal, i might try to squeeze something extra two hr before workout, probably move second meal to 12pm and add oats and whey 1hr before training....
