Hi i need a little help. With time i got obsessed of being fat and i slowly fucked up my diet And ended up eating too little. I want to get back on track for some lean muscle build. These r infos that can help to come up with a diet.....im 5.11 , 205, 37yo, 10% bodyfat. On trt and 100mg a week of tren. The thing is my first meal is at 10am(that when i wake up), and going to bed at 1am. Training is usually at 430pm.
Ingredients i can use : chicken,rice,pasta, beef,fish, veggies, whey protein powder, oats. I like to keep it simple. Fat from nuts and olive oil.
