hey bros heres the dilemma.
My girlfriend wants to diet dunno why she is skinny enough but who am I to tell her what to do. Normally I would write her up a low carb diet. However there is a problem she can't eat meat. she is no vegan she just can't handle it she can barely handle eggs she used to be bulemic and was like a size 0. now she is like a size 8 i think and she is in her own mind unbelieveably obese. She could still low carb but it would take alot of protein powder any ideas?

What meat can't she handle? Or none at all, even fish or chicken. That really sucks, is it from damage from the eating disorder? Protein powders, soy, beans and things like that is where she'll have to get protein from. Doesn't sound good, instead of a diet I would think that she would want to get the insides checked out. Good luck!
 
Thanks bro! and yeah she had her insides checked out and they are ok she hasn't been bulemic for some time. that is why I worry about helping her diet she may get out of control ya know? However better our way then her way. I think her not eating any flesh is psychological she hasn't since she was 7. I think isocaloric is her best bet so far Big Easy and I are trying to work something out for it. If any of you wanna help it would be appreciated.

I think if it was possible to get her to eat meat that the best thing for her would be fish, probably salmon. But it would have to be taken in small, small portions to start. Like an ounce or even a half ounce. But the other things will also help. I just wouldn't rely on protein shakes. My best friend is a vegetarian and she has a KILLER body, but she works so hard at it. Even though she's in great shape she isn't always looking hard or firm, very smooth and I think that this is from not enough protein in her diet. Again good luck.
 
Yeah she isn't looking to be a fitness competitor or anything i think her goal is like a size 2. so as far as hardness goes I don't think she cares. Which is fine with me. thanks for the good wishes.

Hmm

Most vegatarians I know are fat, or chubby, alot of the girls I know think meat is fatty and will make them fat so they eliminate it and eat just carbs. Mistake, Beans, Tofu, Nuts, Shakes, bar etc, make sure she gets atleast 400cals from protein, cardio on an empty stomach, I mean when you are a vege, how can you be in the optimum fat zone, and get cals, maybe lo carb shakes with flax could give her some calories, oat meal, Bean burritos etc.
