Diet middle of bulk?

I thought I`d post on this forum cos you guys are very knowledgeable..

I have done 6 weeks of a bulk as you may recall if you read my other threads and climbed from 212 to 236. However, I got sick the other day and my appetite has gone. I am down to 230 now. Just some water loss. I feel 100% better!

Today and yesterday i have eaten:

3 scoops whey, 1 scoop oats
4 whole eggs, 2 wholemeal toast
200g chicken and 50g peanut butter
3 whey, 1 oats
200g chicken and 50g rice
3 whey, fish oils

calories are down to under 3,000 from 5,500. protein still high about 350g.

Is this ok for me to do for say 3 weeks? Drop a few lb of fat, prob drop to 215-220 and get a mini rebound whilst keeping the AAS high and regaining my appetite?

If it were me I'd clean the 'bulk ' diet up a bit and try to constantly grow but at a much more modest rate. Gaining 24 lbs is a big increase for the metabolic system to keep up with, especially in 6 weeks. Trying to bulk and cut back and forth will put your body through a whirlwind of fluctuations in all its systems.

One thing you will learn with time is if you are not hungry there is a problem with what your doing. I've force fed myself for years on end trying to grow and I ended up with a net 10 lbs over 2 years lol. I think of all the meals I forced down over that time period all for what? 10 lbs? not really worht it IMO.

Clean the diet up, get your 300+ g of protein. Eat a moderate amount of carbs for your body and get all the excess calories form good fats. (mac nut oil, almonds, coconut oil, olive oil, and any other good fats you like) this will be much easier on your body to digest not to mention the benefits of the healthy fats you will get. Try to think nutrient dense foods, this will keep the waist line intact as well, keeping it form protruding.

Bulk then cut or being in one phase or the other isn't really the way most people around here do it... Read some of Phil's threads.
