I thought I`d post on this forum cos you guys are very knowledgeable..
I have done 6 weeks of a bulk as you may recall if you read my other threads and climbed from 212 to 236. However, I got sick the other day and my appetite has gone. I am down to 230 now. Just some water loss. I feel 100% better!
Today and yesterday i have eaten:
3 scoops whey, 1 scoop oats
4 whole eggs, 2 wholemeal toast
200g chicken and 50g peanut butter
3 whey, 1 oats
200g chicken and 50g rice
3 whey, fish oils
calories are down to under 3,000 from 5,500. protein still high about 350g.
Is this ok for me to do for say 3 weeks? Drop a few lb of fat, prob drop to 215-220 and get a mini rebound whilst keeping the AAS high and regaining my appetite?
