Hey guys. I am looking for some diet and supplement critiqueing. Please offer any advice. Always looking and listening for new ideas to make myself better. I know the members are knowledgeable. So any help is greatly appreciated.
My stats are: 5'10" Currently 225-230 lbs. Roughly 7-8% BF (usually around 6% when doing consistent cardio)
Train weights 5 times per week. Just started cardio baqck up, so doing it
3-5x per week
Diet as of now. Sort of in between a bulking and shred phase. Looking to stay tight, gain quality muscle without getting too bloated. This was my plan from a diet Guru used by pros. So here it is:
Meal#1: 7 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 65-80 grams carb from grits, 1 scoop TN whey isolate, creatine, glutamine, multi vitamin, Vit C, Fish oils, digestive enzymes
Meal#2: 8-10 oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice, with some red sauce
Meal#3: 8 oz. London broil or lean ground beef (93%), 8-10 oz. sweet potato/ or red potato, fish oils, Vit C
Meal #4: (PREWORKOUT) 8-10 oz chicken or turkey burgers, 1 cup white rice
**Preworkout shake 30 min before gym***
**Intraworkout: 50-75 grams TN Karboload with TN BCAA Plus***
**Post Workout:**: TN BCAA Plus
Meal #5: 8-10 oz chicken or beef , 8-10 oz. sweet potatoe/ or 1 cup brown rice, salad, fish oil, Vit C
Meal #6: 3 scoops TN Skip Formula protein, 2 tbsp. peanut butter, 1 cup oats, 1 banana, multi vit
Middle of night: If feeling hungry: 2 scoops protein shake
SUPPS:
5 iu HGH per day- 2.5 in a.m. and 2.5 before bed
200mcg GHRP6 1 hour preworkout
100mcg IGF 3x per week (EOD usually) on big body parts
400 mg T Cyp per week (split into 2 doses)
400mg T Prop per week split into doses
80 mg Var per day
Anastrazol EOD
Tamox EOD
PLEASE help me with any adjustments or suggestions. I am looking for a change. Been doing this for a bit as well. So change is probably needed. And Please suggest any other Supplement regimens.
I can do any type of Test, Var, and any types of peptides. I have scripts for test and var only at this time for work. Not a cop. I can promise you that!!! LOL
