I plan on using 30/70 R/NPH insulin on my next bulk. It will be coupled with:
~4iu's generic GH preworkout in the evening
~A few shots of GHRP-2 +Cjc earlier in the day
~rapid insulin preworkout (not sure of dose since I will have the NPH base)
~750 test-e, 350 tren ace, 400 npp
~might play with IGF DES just to try it
~I was going to start at 30iu's of the 30/70 in the morning to get a feel for it. I have used alot of rapid insulin before, so I pretty much have that stuff down to a science.
I would like to be on 6500 Cals although realistically, sometimes I only hit 6000 before I think i'm gonna lose it.
I guess my biggest question is what should my fat intake look like throughout the day?
Here are my ideas:
Gonna shoot for 150 fat 550 pro 735 carb. I'll probably get about 60-75 fat on the NPH and the rest late at night when it wears off. Should I go lower fat? can I go higher fat? I would really value your guys' input before I go for it. Love this forum by the way! I've been lurking for years and don't post much, but just lurking has given me way more information than I can even process.
Edit: It also seems like hour 4.5-5.5 after shooting the NPH might be alright to place a decent portion of my fats. The R should be wearing off, and the NPH won't be peaking yet. just an idea
