does anyone have a tried and tested meal plan/diet for losing some fat quick.i'm kinda in a slump i have twins 2 years old and it's diffacult to eat right there is a lot of stress in the house.anything will help i just need a plan so i have some structure thanx guys

check out the ckd diet- i use it year round(more cals in offseason of course) and it is awesome for getting a person lean quick and its pretty easy to stick to!-good luck
