I suffer from ibs / gluten intolerance and want to try the specific carb diet which excludes all complex carbs .
Only carb sources would be fruit, veg , dried fruit and veg
I'm worried about loosing weight and not being able to gain so the question is - if I replace the complex carbs I would usually eat with protein and fats so that my daily calorific intake is roughly the same how will it affect gains ?
