This is my first cycle,I've been going at it " clean" for almost 3 years now.I'm not looking to get huge,just gain some muscle and lose some fat. right now im at 210lbs. and approx.15-16%bf. My goal is 220-225lbs & 10-12%bf. So, for my first cycle im going with Cytomel, clenbuterol, deca durabolin. My question is do i need to increase caloric intake to build muscle or decrease intake to cut fat? should i worry about cardio?
