Here is my bulking up diet, please give your opinion and let's try to improve it
morning - 100 gr oats with orange juice, 100 gr banana, vitaminic complex
mid-morning- 100 gr rice (measured out before coking), 100 gr chicken (or another lean meat), 50 gr peanut, 100 gr apple
midday - 200 gr rice (measured out before coking), 300 gr chicken, 100 gr vegetables, vitaminic complex
afternoon - 100 gr rice (measured out before coking), 100 gr chicken
post-workout - 50 gr whey protein, 50 gr vitargo
night - 300 gr tuna, 15 gr olive oil
1000 gr = 1 kg = 2.2 lb
