Hello guys...I am not knew to BBing and actually I forgot my old board name because I kind of just stopped reading the boards for a little over a year. Anyways, I am back and would like to say hello and ask your opinions on a CUTTING diet and over-all work out routine...
Age: 24
WT: 228-230lbs
B/F: 14%
Experience: Began lifting at a young age but for BBing around 18 even though I had a tard' diet.
I was going to aim at consuming around ~
Protein = 450g
Carbs = 100-115g
Fat = 60g
Now...I was just curious about what you thought of this break down and how many meals would you guys aim to eat this in 6-8?
Plus, I wanted to ask some of you guys that have more laborous jobs if you still did 1-2 hours of cardio a day? I do not work extremely hard but sometimes I have to process shipments and basically walk around a lot...
I will look at my routineo later but just wanted to throw this up for more responses...
