diet stalled

Without critiquing your chem use or diet -- when my diet stalls I up cardio by 15 minutes (unless already at 60 minutes a day). But if you aren't doing any cardio I would recommend atleast 30 minutes 5 days a week to start.
 
yes im sorry i forgot to put my training in there im using a 5day split and doing cardio 6 days a week 60mins each time
 
If you're continuing to look leaner, fuck what the scale says. If you're not, I'd add in some morning cardio.
 
I would contact one of the dietitians here. Let me tell you, if you went all out from the very beginning (i.e. cutting carbs drastically, and adding 30-45 min of cardio everyday), it is very evident as to why you have stalled out... Many people underestimate the bodies ability to maintain homeostasis. If you have done what I mentioned about and you are indeed 13%, I would look at either taking a light break for a couple of weeks on the cardio (1-3 x a week instead) and perhaps adding in your carbs once again.

If you do not do this, you will most likely to add in another cardio session, increase the intensity of your cardio session (be cautious of this on low carbs), or start adjusting macros. To me, if you are at 450 g of protein with little to no carbs, I would add in more calories for a bit. People love low carb diets because they are great for fat loss, but it can lower thyroid levels (but so will all low calorie diets to a certain extent), as well as lower leptin levels... Hence the reason for cheat meals dually acting as metabolism enhancer, and a pseudo mental break from your diet.

i havent went all out from the begining i started at 450grams protein ,250carbs ,45grams fat that was weeks 1-2 then from weeks3-4 iwas at 450grams protein,150grams carbs,30grams fat now ive been at 450grams protein,0carbs,6grams fat and have started to go up in weight i only planned on cutting for 8weeks the only thing i thought could of caused it was tren but i dont think it would put muscle on me while im just eating protein

Also, a zero carbs zero fats diet is crazy bro... best way to lose muscle. :eek:

Id say put some carbs and fat back in there.
Watch your progress resume....adjust accordingly.
 
ok im gonna go back to my maintence calories and stay there for a month then try again slower without dropping everything so fast
 
I just don't believe a diet with abosolutey no carbs is good for you system.
