Thanks D. That is awesome to hear that I played a part in your decision to get back onstage this year. Good luck with the rest of your prep and listen to your trainer. If you are still using who we talked about then I have no doubt you will be diced come game day.

I'm proud to have you and hotfigure in my corner. Though Bob and Morton must leave us for a time, we will always remember the good times (sushi brokers, bazookie, sapporo, outback, zero impact, and my beloved barney butter). As uncomfortable as it is going to be, I am excited to see our respective transformations. What is it they say ... pain is momentary, glory is eternal. Thanks for always being there, there's no one I'd rather suffer with.

thats cool, i was just being selfish as we wont be able to follow your progress. stuff like that is motivating for me and i use those threads to fuel my workouts. good luck.

agreed. i too like watching the transformations you see. we all work so hard for it, it's nice to be able to see someone progress and cheer them on.

If you are anything like me by 16 weeks into your diet you will start a list of both places and types of food you want to eat when you are done with your shows...lol...

My list is up to 17 now...

LOL...i did the same thing. Sadly i haven't been to one place yet though. I told Alex and Edge i think something's wrong with me. Their clean eating in the offseason has finally rubbed off on me.

Yeah I hear you too and I got a cheat meal last weekend so I was able to cross a few things off which was really cool!!LOL..

Its not places to eat so much as it is things to eat.....With the list the way it is now I could knock everything off in four days and be back eating clean.....I mean if I wanted to....LOL
