I've been following a diet for some time. It seems as I am no longer gettiing results? is this possible? what changes would I have to make to keep showing progress?
maybe your body has adjusted to your present calorie intake. Maybe try cycling calories up to maintance one week and then cutting them 300 cals each week for a few weeks and ramping back up to maintaince level. And repeat.
sityslick is right, go for two weeks on higher cals and no cardio/eca etc. , just training, then after the two weeks go back to cardio and eca, you'll get better results in the long run.
