In my country we have Diet Holsum, it only have 7 gr. of carbs per slice of bread. This bread is made from fiber like others breads but less carbs. This is not white bread.

This is a good question.

Slim is a good anabolic agent but you dont need to use it, you can get the same hard look without it.
If you are not sure to use it dont use it, i have clients that never use gh or slim, and they look very good, you can take Lipoic Acid .

he means ALA (alpha lipoic acid). you can buy it at a vitamin store.

Hey mike1107, i poast this diet for you man, try it for 30 days and you will see good results, i have 2 clients doing this diet and they are bigger and lean in only 45 days.

anybody else following this diet? ive been following it since about when i started my cycle, im bigger and leaner, main reason is getting ripped. i guess its happening slowly, but surely.

Easy bro. it takes 5 months to get ready for a countest with any diet, this diet is made to muscle fiber and loose fat, play with the carbs but dont overdiet and dont overtrain.
