Heres my new diet made by a coach. I want to know what you guys think about it?

Breakfast:-(3 whole eggs,4 eggwhites)
-(1 cup of oatmeal without sugar)
-1 banana
-1/2 Avocado


Lunch:-Skinless chicken breast
-brown rice
-Brocolli
-1 tablespoon of olive oil on meal

Diner:-Salmon or Extra lean ground beef
-brown rice
-brocolli


8:00pm:-1 can of tuna
-1/2 avocado

So, what do you guys think? Im 5feet11 205 pounds , 31 years old.

My initial response is... is this all you are eating? There has to be a post and pre workout meal or shake at min. somewhere in there. Even its if 2 scoops of whey, a cup of oats in a shaker...something, right?

did he mentioned how many oz of protein and carbs

i would add at least 2 more meals with that meal plan i would be starving the whole day.

WOuld that be better?
 
14 oz of chicken and 14 oz of potato? I can't that much in one meal.. I'll be bloated..

what's your calorie intake, your macros, your goals?
 
First of all. What is your goal with your new diet. After that I would say it's probably low calorie for you either way unless it's the ascenine amounts you mentioned above at 14oz in one meal.

WOuld that be better?

Are you sure you are not the coach and just want advice? Why would a coach put you on so little food? Yes the second one is much better but could still be improved.

What are your exact goals? One thing that comes to mind is... variety (especially with your fats). Then there are some of the portion sizes.
