Heres my new diet made by a coach. I want to know what you guys think about it?
Breakfast:-(3 whole eggs,4 eggwhites)
-(1 cup of oatmeal without sugar)
-1 banana
-1/2 Avocado
Lunch:-Skinless chicken breast
-brown rice
-Brocolli
-1 tablespoon of olive oil on meal
Diner:-Salmon or Extra lean ground beef
-brown rice
-brocolli
8:00pm:-1 can of tuna
-1/2 avocado
So, what do you guys think? Im 5feet11 205 pounds , 31 years old.
