Diet and comp without gear?
I really have my ambitions and high sight set on doing a competition in July. But with dieting comes strength loss, and atrophy of muscle and all the dilemmas of natural bodybuilding. I am scared to take anything because of the estrogenic effects. Any suggestions on a supplement I could take that would help other than pro hormones and if gear is the only way to go what to avoid for estrogenic rebound?
