Diet and comp without gear?

I really have my ambitions and high sight set on doing a competition in July. But with dieting comes strength loss, and atrophy of muscle and all the dilemmas of natural bodybuilding. I am scared to take anything because of the estrogenic effects. Any suggestions on a supplement I could take that would help other than pro hormones and if gear is the only way to go what to avoid for estrogenic rebound?
 
Have you ever tried an eca stack? And gearwise tbol masteron... how's your diet and cardio?
 
No I have never heard of eca stack. Whats the science behind it. Its not a pro harmone. I just started basically cleaning up my diet and cardio 3 times a weak at 30 min.
 
We can't recommend any gear use, because of board rules, just critique what you have written down. That being said, I would recommend a good prep person for your contest, especially if this is your first show.
 
I say you hop on some Aromasin. IMO, its the next best thing before steroid usage. It raises IGF levels, raises natural Test significantly, lowers estrogen by not allowing the body turn precious testosterone INTO estrogen, and from what Ive read, it is fairly easy on the cholesterol levels. Run a diet with decent carbs and very high in protein, all the while keeping calories low, and you will see great results.

Isn't this a sure way to burn precious muscle doing cardio in a fasted state?

Maybe mix some BCAA's in water before doing this.
 
"Big Tony" says to get with your very knowledgeable, been there done that, local gurus. Can't go wrong bro. Haha! Can't wait to see you with the pissy sub 6 bf pre-contest blues; preferably 6 weeks out so you can gain a true appreciation for the mental strength it takes to be a competitive bodybuilder.
 
You can accomplish allot without using Gear. Diet and Training are obviously the keys and you will just need to be a little patient with both. Also, mistakes made in the absence of gear are not as forgiving. Fasted Cardio is not a good idea, long lifting sessions are not a good idea, heavy long cardio sessions are not a good idea. YOu need to do some of these things but it's a very, very fine, and very individual, line between loosing the necessary fat and loosing muscle. During my first prep (all natural) I reached the point where I was loosing as much muscle as fat. I just got to around 6-7 % BF and remained there despite continued weight loss. I will certianly do things a little better in the future.

I will use a low dose of Test the next time out. Just that one move, once you have your dietary and training house in order, can make a pretty big difference

You must eat to stay as anabolic as possible. Once you start to lean out it should become apparent as to what foods you eat make you look the best. However be prepared to be hungry because after all it is a contest diet. Getting to see your body take on a totally different look is well worth it. Perseverance and a strong mind are two of the most important things any competitor can possess.

That's an excellent point regarding the meaning of the foods! That is, not just muscle maintenance and bodily function but also Hormones. You could add to that the fact that training a certain way can manipulate hormone levels too. For example, anything that peaks Lactic Acid production can trigger GH release. Certain rep ranges can increase T production. It really does become a science when you do it naturally. But, the thing is: the guys that are on gear that are super succesfull have this all figured out, practice these things and then add gear. That combination can be a winner.
