I was wondering if someone who is 300 6' low 20% bf should go on a CKD right away for cutting down? What are your guys recommendations for attacking this bf problem? I am curently lifting 3/4 week depending on my program and doing 2/3 days of cardio. My cardio consists of treadmill starting at 5% incline working my way up to 10% and 3mph going up to 3.5.

Diet as of late

If I get breakfast it is 3 omega eggs, 1 cup of whites, half pound of bison or turkey, 2 scoops of dymatize 12 hour protein

Lunch is horrible, I mean I eat wherever I can, which is usually a gas station. I'll regrettably eat egg rolls, corn dogs, tortilla chicken wraps, jerky, microwave burgers. Usually I drink a energy drink with eual size water or more water too. I carry 2 gallons of water with me in my truck at al times.

When I go Home I will eat chicken or pork or some lean meat

Pre workout I take creatine/glutamine with sugar free kool aid

After I workout I have a 2 scoop dymatize shake again and eat about half hour afterwards. My meal is usually low carb, like lean meat/spinach/small potato.

I need help and was hoping you could give some small recommendations.
 
first thing first, quit eating at a gas station! get an igloo cooler and pack your lunch and snacks. if you clean up just the obvious, and increase the number of cardio sessions, you will lose bf. stick to the basics. egg whites, oatmeal, tuna, brown rice, fish, lean red meat. also when you eat fats, eat them with proteins only, no carbs. an example would be 10 oz. lean steak, 1 cup broccoli. you can pack all your food the night before in tuperware so no excuse for eating at a gas station.

With you bf as high as it is just cleaning up your diet is gonna do a lot for ya. Once you clean it up and drop down to the sub 20% area then I would start considering the CKD or something similar.
