I was wondering if someone who is 300 6' low 20% bf should go on a CKD right away for cutting down? What are your guys recommendations for attacking this bf problem? I am curently lifting 3/4 week depending on my program and doing 2/3 days of cardio. My cardio consists of treadmill starting at 5% incline working my way up to 10% and 3mph going up to 3.5.
Diet as of late
If I get breakfast it is 3 omega eggs, 1 cup of whites, half pound of bison or turkey, 2 scoops of dymatize 12 hour protein
Lunch is horrible, I mean I eat wherever I can, which is usually a gas station. I'll regrettably eat egg rolls, corn dogs, tortilla chicken wraps, jerky, microwave burgers. Usually I drink a energy drink with eual size water or more water too. I carry 2 gallons of water with me in my truck at al times.
When I go Home I will eat chicken or pork or some lean meat
Pre workout I take creatine/glutamine with sugar free kool aid
After I workout I have a 2 scoop dymatize shake again and eat about half hour afterwards. My meal is usually low carb, like lean meat/spinach/small potato.
I need help and was hoping you could give some small recommendations.
