Now that im about to finish up school i was getting together my diet since ill have more time to cook etc. I use this book Power eating by susan kleiner for my nutirtion info its a super awsome book if you havent read it..
After doing my numbers heres what according to her book is good for bulking up with 5+ worksouts a week
protein - 320g
carbs - 770g
fat - 150g
total - 5700 calories
im 245lbs, 6`2
what you guys think about this
I workout 5 days a week 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off and i do cardio 6x a week.
