Dieting after being sick.

Hey guys hoping to get some good feedback.

So I have been sick for about two weeks. I've lost about 14lbs being sick and I've planned to start my diet next week. Would you guys start the diet in this depleted state or would you maybe fill up for a couple of days and then start the diet?

Been cruising since August on 200mg sust and using peptides 3x daily and kept the diet very strict and consistent. Made some good gains. I'm plannjng a blast for these nine weeks of dieting consisting of tren, sust and peps.

So whats your take guys?

I don't know why u wanna start your diet. after all, u lost 14lbs while being sick! If i were u, the first step for me is to regain weight. So, if you use tren in your next cycle, unless you wanna be thinner?

I would fill up and then start diet. Need to make sure it's OK to start diet.
Do you know the reason of sick?

Yeah just had on hell of a cold and didn't call in sick from work so I think those extra days made it alot worse. Haven't had any type of appetite at all so I've eaten maybe 1-2 meals a day for about 2 weeks. I'll take a couple of days to fill back up and then I'll start the diet.

I Think there is a HUGE difference in how one looks from losing 14lbs from diet and exercise compared to not just eating. In other words I look like shit atm.
