i'm pretty sure big a wrote somewhere to swap over to the drugs you've listed minus eq since its long estered 4 weeks out. its to maintain size going in to the show

In growprinciples for beginners you state that you need to rest eod for the CNS to recover or you wont recover and grow.

Yet here you train 2 times per day, plus cardio?

What would be interesting is if Big A or one of the other pro's would detail how to diet for a competition if one is already doing a keto or low carb diet. If carbs are always low except for around workout (mountaindog style), what does one start cutting out to get leaner? Fats little by little? Stop the slin and carbs even during workout?Keep everything the same and add cardio?

Would be an interesting article for sure!
