Yet here you train 2 times per day, plus cardio?

What would be interesting is if Big A or one of the other pro's would detail how to diet for a competition if one is already doing a keto or low carb diet. If carbs are always low except for around workout (mountaindog style), what does one start cutting out to get leaner? Fats little by little? Stop the slin and carbs even during workout?Keep everything the same and add cardio?

Would be an interesting article for sure!

* Preacher curl (mach.) - 2 x superset 10/15

Do you super set bicep curl with preacher curl? Or do you do one set of Bicep curl at 10 reps followed by another set of bicep curls at 15 reps?
