I'm looking to start this diet and training routine from tomorrow. Currently approx 21% body fat, looking to get as low as I possibly can.
In regards to the training, would it be okay if I did the AM training with Abs, then after the PM training/Abs and straight do the 20 minute run? I think this would suit me better time wise. What do you think?
