Dieting and getting ready for Competition

I read something here I am more impressed. You guys make this sport alot easier for us just starting out.
 
There are so many coaches, and gurus for contest prep it can get so overwhelming. But this board is an incredible blessing to help those be informed. But just remember everyone is different and you have to experience what works best for your own body.
 
Hi Big A

I'm looking to start this diet and training routine from tomorrow. Currently approx 21% body fat, looking to get as low as I possibly can.

In regards to the training, would it be okay if I did the AM training with Abs, then after the PM training/Abs and straight do the 20 minute run? I think this would suit me better time wise. What do you think?

I have tried almost all diets : keto high carb etc...i lost weight on all of them but not on that one. I am still weight 97.5 but... THIS was the best recomp i ever had in my whole life. From around 11% bf i went to 6% on... 30 mg sust and 5 mg trest day. I think this show how powerfull this protocol is.
 
I've been on this diet for 4.5 weeks and seen a helluva difference in body composition, strength, and overall just feeling great. I had done keto in the past so my body uses fat fairly well but this keeps my energy up more than the keto did so far. I'm never hungry and other than the actual cost of protein powder, it's a fairly cheap and easy to follow diet. I am so grateful to Big A for this information.
