Hello Everyone
I've been watching this body building seminar tape. Basically, from what I understand is that Protein is your main concern. So, on my cycle I'm consuming 200grams of Protein. (I weight 175) However, the problem I have is that this board is telling me to consume 5,000 calories. And another board is telling me to eat close to 8,000 calories. BUT...From what this man is teaching is that the body really only needs 30-50 grams of fat and about 200-300 carbs aday. And a total of 2,000-2,500 calories a day for good results. So...My question is...What is it? Should I eat like a bear? Or should I just stick to high protein and 4-5 sensible meals a day? Would consuming tons of fatty foods help me or hurt me? Please consider that I weigh in at 175, 5'10, TestE 400mg/wk Cycle.
