DIETING AND TEST-E ??

Hello Everyone

I've been watching this body building seminar tape. Basically, from what I understand is that Protein is your main concern. So, on my cycle I'm consuming 200grams of Protein. (I weight 175) However, the problem I have is that this board is telling me to consume 5,000 calories. And another board is telling me to eat close to 8,000 calories. BUT...From what this man is teaching is that the body really only needs 30-50 grams of fat and about 200-300 carbs aday. And a total of 2,000-2,500 calories a day for good results. So...My question is...What is it? Should I eat like a bear? Or should I just stick to high protein and 4-5 sensible meals a day? Would consuming tons of fatty foods help me or hurt me? Please consider that I weigh in at 175, 5'10, TestE 400mg/wk Cycle.
Can someone please clear this up for me. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks guys!
 
More info. Whats your body type..what are your goals....etc. I ain't touching the gear issue. there are enough resources online. Read some books.
 
Firstly, if this is a troll, it's not funny.

If you're serious and you want proper advice, you're going to have to explain why you're going on cycle and what your goals are.

5000 calories is a lot for a person your size. 2000-2500 is way too little. Regardless of your goals, it sounds like you should be somewhere inbetween, probably in the 3500-4500 range with at least 300g protein.

It is my first cycle. I'm beginning. I have done research but the problem is that everyone says something different. My goal is a jumpstart in muscle and gains. Been training for a year now. I do have a little chub on my stomach but that's about it. I'm 22 years old. Didn't want to go overboard with test because I don't know how it'll effect me so I'm just doing 400/wk for 11 weeks.
 
sounds like you should get to know your body/nutrition point of things before you touch gear IMO.
 
Well............and you are not going to like this......But training for only around 1 yr and you decide it's time to take AAS!!!!!! And you are only 22!!!!!!! Bad move! You really need to get your training in order and look towards your diet. If you have only just started this 11 week cycle I say put the gear away and focus on your eating. You need to eat 300-350 gms protein per day along with around 200gms of carbs and 150-200gms of good fats. You need to train intensly and consistantly for years to attain a solid muscular frame from which you can then look to build. 5000-8000calorie diets are for monsters, I would be willing to bet you the guys that are telling you to eat like this would only be 19,20ish and weigh about a buck fifty in the shower.

I'm 6' 270 and I do not eat 5000cals a day!!!!!
 
I'm 5'9-10 230 and growing and I only eat around 2500 cals a day... consistently
sounds like youre one of those genetic bastards

on 2500 cals i would lose weight and strenght rapidly, no ifs or buts about it... ive always wondered what accounts for the difference, it's like some peoples bodies use the nutrients a lot more efficiently
 
Listen to Oldfella... and keep eating! Forget the juice until you make some natural progress.. I would assume at your level your gonna grow at a similar rate on or off so hold off for a couple more years. JMO!
 
Contact Phil and spend your AAS money on some LBA's .. you wont regret it.
 
at 1 year of training you are probably making alot of rookie mistakes, your form probably needs work unless you've had someone show you properly, assuming they know what they are talking about. The bottom line is you've just gotten your feet wet and you want the chemicals to do most of the work. YOU HAVE SO MUCH GROWING TO DO NATURALLY IF YOU JUST APPLY YOURSELF AND LEARN.
 
Ok Everyone Here goes...

I know everyone wouldn't like the fact I've been training so shortly. To be honest, The injection is in and that's that. Perhaps If you suggest I make this 400/wk every two weeks to see some tone, that I will do. But It's in me and I feel great and am working very hard and trying to eat healthy. If I backed down on my dose I could hopefully still have a chance of natural growth. Anyways, again-- more input? Thank you.

I've heard great toning results for 200-250mg a week or 400-450 biweekly. But either way I've made the decision so instead of dogging me (which I know you should) lend a hand please. Or if you can't lend any good suggestions please put out some links that would. Thanks everyone.
 
What was the original question about anyway? caloric intake or how much test you should use? With a whole year of half assed training under your belt you should already have all the answers you need. On another note, whatever happened to Richard Sandrak?

needless to say, he should not even be in the same building as a vial of testosterone... or as a computer with any info on it regarding such things
 
You're lucky you found this site this soon. After listening to the wise man OF i have completely changed my mind when it comes to gear. Never use gear as a shortcut but as an aid when no other form of supplementation works and your stuck at your natural peak.

If i had heard OF advice 2 years ago i, to this moment, wouldn't have touched a mg of test cuz im not nearly at my natural peak.

This clown? First of all protein is used for other things in your body besides building muscle. So your barber joke was just as gay as you are. So, I suggest YOU do some reading. Second of all -- Thanks to everyone who gave me the right advice, someone even contacted me with a link for help.. -- And for the rest of you, who are trying to be my dad -- I knew water retention occours sometimes, but you guys have some BIG heads. Get over yourselves. I'm 22 and I'm past puberty, now lets move on please and also the trainer who taught me form at my gym used to compete, so my form is fine.
