Got a vacation coming up in March that i want to trim down for.. Im currently "all natural" and im trying to put together a game plan to diet down and keep the hard earned muscle i gained in the winter.. Dietwise im in check.. But when i hit a certain point in my diet, I start to loose strength really fast.. Im looking for a supplement regime to keep me as strong as possible and keep an much muscle as possible.. Here is what i got so far with the help of a board member..
DHEA about 300mg/day, ZMA every night with Melatonin 6-9mg) double dose the zma also (b6/mag/zinc) fish oil, Tribulus, arginine, humanfort, creatine (pre/post workout), Glutamine and BCAA's in shakes, animal pak (preworkout), LBA's between meals, Nolvadex for 4 weeks..
