Got a vacation coming up in March that i want to trim down for.. Im currently "all natural" and im trying to put together a game plan to diet down and keep the hard earned muscle i gained in the winter.. Dietwise im in check.. But when i hit a certain point in my diet, I start to loose strength really fast.. Im looking for a supplement regime to keep me as strong as possible and keep an much muscle as possible.. Here is what i got so far with the help of a board member..

DHEA about 300mg/day, ZMA every night with Melatonin 6-9mg) double dose the zma also (b6/mag/zinc) fish oil, Tribulus, arginine, humanfort, creatine (pre/post workout), Glutamine and BCAA's in shakes, animal pak (preworkout), LBA's between meals, Nolvadex for 4 weeks..

Not sure what your diet looks like but here is what I've done:

Essential Amino Acids (primal is a good choice) between meals
BCAA (I use Scivation) before during and after workouts and during all cardio
Make sure you keep the fish, multi ect.

Also, depending on your macro requirements, I like Gapari Size on at night before bed.
