I think I am gonna do what Ian Harrison once talked about. Everytime I have to get up in middle of night w/ baby I will have a protein shake waiting for me.LOL

so do i, but how the fuck do you get ripped every time thinking of food all the time? i also cant stop thinking about food. what eca do you use? i never used it, maybe thats why i am having a hard time getting lean, always thinking about food.
