after dieting for 9 weeks...I broke....I ate a bunch of 100 calorie snack packs and some low fat cookies...I'm going to have to do some cardio tomorrow to make up for it.
 
obviously you dont want it bad enough....Some ppl have it and some ppl don't, no worries!!! ;) :cool:
 
haha...it doesn't feel so bad when you can justify it to yourself, thats what I do. Just think of it as tricking your body into being more susceptible to good foods, hence, more fat loss! Works for me

That sucks now u gotta start the diet all over again! J/K, I think that it will help you once you get back on the diet again and you will get more leaner faster.
 
Focus on what is next. Forget about the cheat...just do what you know to do and don't look back. Always focus on positive...forget everything else...it won't work for you.

nothing wrong with that . that is probably the best thing you did . after dieting for such long time you need to give your metabolism a kick or it will slow down . i bet you looked so much better after you did this . it probably helped you to after all .

Agreed with the above post "the best thing you could have done". It has given you a mental break from your diet and you have also given you metabolism a jolt. Stay focused on your show bro at 9 week out its no biggie. I have a cheat meal every week till 2 weeks out. To avoid binging I eat the same foods every week. The more different cheat foods you use the more different types you crave.
