There have been a lot of diet related questions lately and all of them have one thing in common,
You guys, and gals are not working out the numbers of the macros' in your diets. You need to know how much protein, carb and fat you are getting in total each day. You also need to know how many calories you are eating.
The composition of your calories also plays a critical role in the success or failure of your eating paln. So when you ask diet realted questions have the numbers ready so we can better see what is going on. Most people would be very surprised at how short they fall on the key components of nutrition. To many, eating a lb of chicken is a lot of protein. Well I got news for you it isn't. I have been seeing a lot of diets that are too low in cals and the macros are way off. Do a little research here and it will pay big dividends in the gym and in the kitchen.
