Difference in results of one big slin shot or 3 smaller shots?

To guys who have used slin...

In the past I have used slin mainly on workout days at about 10iu pre workout and 10iu later in the day.

Now however I have been experimenting with 25iu pre workout to see if this is as effective as the smaller but more frequent shots.

I have been consuming around 250g carbs around training and therefore no where near going hypo.

In terms of results whats the advantage of smaller more frequent shots or is one bigger shot around training what others have used and found effective (as per Mike Arnolds suggestions)?

low dose replace you own production, useless...

Only High dosage make the difference.
 
I`m using Novorapid - fast acting.

When you say high dose needed as low dose only replaces what one produces, what dose are you recommending then, is 25iu not enough?
 
Little bits throughout the day is best.

Insulin is very powerful, even 1 to 2iu a few times a day. Keeps you anabolic, shuttling nutrients.

With a fast acting insulin, if you do twice per day. Then you have 2 beneficial times. It is fast acting so it dies off in a few hours.

Smaller doses throughout the day, will not have to worry about going hypo,

colette nelson (ifbb type 1 diabetic) has talked a lot about smaller dosing be much more effective.
 
A theory that Iv come across and am toying with is on the lower doses more frequently is to try consuming your carbs 1st and then admin the slin shortly after...
This way you get a natty slin spike followed by a shot...
The theory is the shot rides the back of your natty slin rather then replacing it.
 
As for the high dose shots, try a bigger shot prew and a bigger shot ppw. Say 15iu at watch shot

I do this too but use slow acting.
