All 3 extremely important and possibly even more so for bodybuilders.
So this is going to sound like a gross question but in regards to elimination...how many times per day do you have a bowel movement? I'm especially interrested in the guys who are packing the food in (4500-5000 cal/day) in the off season?
Is 3-4x/day sound like the average or is there a high degree of variability out there?
