Drinking less shakes has helped me a lot. I tried many brands , no lactose etc. I replaced the shakes with real food. I just have my PW shake. My appetite is so much better now.

I gave developed a real addiction to toffee flavored whey protein. I have it in my rice dishes, scrambled eggs, i dip my bananas in it. Luckily it turns out I get 0 digestive issues with whey protein at all. In fact it's a good way for me to get protein up on the cheap. Still 5 chicken breast a day and lots of eggs and a little steak as high protein is what my digestive system thanks the for It's all fibre and im suspecting wheat /gluten that fucks me over the oh and peanut butter if i go over 100g in one sitting
This is what my cousin just did, she had to shove the vacuum up her ass and watched all of the shit sucked out - said it was gross but her gut bloat is gone, she's got more energy and she's doing great on her diet.
