Dips BW+135lbs for reps

Solid reps...I did BW (225) + 100 yesterday..hope to try 3 plates soon.
 
Nice work. Heavy weighted dips are the best upperbody lift out there, IMO.
 
Thanks fellas! I've really been working on my bench and dips... Trying to get my OHP to be strong and not just average

Well by OHP I was referring to my strongman lifts. Log/axle/DB etc...

Currently my log is 280... Prolly a little more now. Axle was 310, but haven't done axle in a bit.

My tri's are weak and I always miss the lockout when I get heavy
 
thats not average in my book. thats strong as fuck. you are one strong dude.
 
Nice....good technique and full reps. Also for lockout power how about partial presses in the rack concentrating just on lock-out.
 
Nice my best with 135 is 9 reps @215lb but I cant bench for shit. Go figure.

I actually have been working on those and floor presses. They are very humbling for me...

That's insane! Lol I'm not a big bencher either... 330 x 5 the other day and I was ecstatic! Lol

These dips were after doing bench, close grip incline DB bench and peck fly machine.
 
I can just about bench 120kg for rep lol. Suck at benching
 
i thought i read dips BW + 135reps!!
