Discoloration of skin from pec tear

I tore my pec a about 4 months ago I bruised from my chest half way down my arm. Though the bruise was gone in a few weeks after I've still got some discolration of the skin. It looks like the bruise never fully went away. Anything I can do to get rid of this?

when i tore my bicep i remember the same sort of thing happening. i am pretty sure in my case it was blood still under the skin. i used a heat pad at various times during the day, and massaged the area as often as i could trying to break it all up. i dont have any discoloration at all anymore...you should try this.
