Diuretic

Hey guys. After my show I have been studying up more on this topic. I was curious to know what the other season vets here thought about usage and the difference between lactones, fuiosemides, thiazides. I find people have much confusion between combination diuretics such as aldactazides etc..

On a side note: I have stayed on my diet because I am shooting with MuscleMag and for a new Robert Kennedy mag coming out. I will be back in LA next week. I was told I need to be much tighter. I should have competed looking the way I do now. I needed to have dieted longer! Live and learn!

They can be tricky...you better know waht you are doing or you can look worse..i woudl just do the water drink and stay away from teh stuff...

I USED THYAZIDE....LAST TIME.

I read that it's easier on your body. I have close friends who used the same with success. I'll find out which one.
