Diuretics In The Off-Season For GH Bloat

Does anyone use diuretics in the off-season to control GH related water retention? It seems like no matter what I do, even if my diet is 100% on point, if I am in a calorie surplus I will start to bloat when I am using any kind of GH booster (GH secretagogue or exogenous GH injections).

My concern stems less from my face looking uglier than normal and my abs being a bit blurred (sucks but I can deal with it), but rather from the fact that my Blood pressure always spikes and my resting heart rate is more elevated than it would normally be as a result of this water layer.

It isn't AAS related because this happens even on dry compounds, when my estrogen is 100% in check, when my sodium intake isn't out of wack, and I'm not overeating.

Contemplating whether I should be making a docs visit to get Dyazide or something similar to deal with this, as I don't know if I want to stress my cardiovascular system for months on end just so I can run GH.

Thoughts, opinions, and relevant experiences are welcomed.

Thanks guys.

I would not use them at all. To keep down the bloat watch your salt intake and potassium intake. Balancing those two out will reduce the bloat. Also stay constantly don't go from 2 to 4 in one shot. Build it up slow or you will bloat real quick. Don't use directics to solve this problem.. Also your not going to be completely pealed while on gh. You will hold some water. That's why a lot of guys drop gh 2 weeks before a show.

Cardio helps me control bloat and edema. I know that's the answer you don't want to hear

Dyazide has little to no effect on GH bloat... in fact, very few, if any diuretics have, aside maybe from ACE inhibitors, that technically aren't diuretics. But those aren't meds to joke with, especially if you take them year round... diuretics self-administration is not the greatest idea IMO.

So if you're really concerned with blood pressure, an appointment with your doc is the best option... of course, paying attention to carbs and salt in your diet, as fit2grow outlined, and maybe a bit of cardio too, is the very first approach. :)

Docs hand out hctz to everyone and their mother for water retention and I've used it periodically for edema. I wouldn't hesitate since it is indicated for steroid related edema

Interesting. I have some leftover lisinopril I am going to try out. Been about two and a half weeks at 10 IU ED on the black tops and it's starting to become a bitch on my hands.

What do you think of Dandelion Root use ED for water retention then if script diuretics are a poor decision?

I will be keeping my diet, sodium + potassium, water intake, and cardio in check like I have been as well. These simply haven't seemed to be sufficient though.

"Steroid related edema" and gh bloat are two completely different things...

Well, Dandelion can't hurt and will definitely help your kidneys to function properly, so that in itself is a good thing health wise... but as far as gh bloat, honestly, I wouldn't expect much.

:)

I think gh stimulates ADH, aldactone I beleive blunts the effects ADH., less salt rentenrion less water.

I've been taking dandelion root for like a week and I don't think it's done much TBH. I took lisinopril (20 mg) last night and when I woke up, my hands felt almost perfect. Took another (20 mg) in the morning and my hands are feeling way better than the days before.

Dandelion Root works well. Strength will never compare to prescription medication, but all things considered it works & natural/cheap

GH float

I used Lasix in the past with minimal success. It has more to do with insulin sensitivity and carbohydrates. As soon as I added Metformin the blowed went away. 10 pounds of water five days. But you still have to watch carbs if you are sensitive
