50 lb Batch Ratio (Multiply by 50)
Chocolate Version for 50 lbs:
- Organic Cacao Powder – 500 g (1.1 lb)
- Stevia Extract – 7.5–10 g
- Monk Fruit (optional) – 5 g
- Vanilla Extract Powder – 50 g
- Pink Himalayan Salt – 15 g
Vanilla Version for 50 lbs:
- Vanilla Bean Powder – 125 g
- Stevia Extract – 7.5–10 g
- Monk Fruit (optional) – 5 g
- Salt – 15 g
Optional Natural Add-Ins for Gourmet Feel
- Coconut milk powder – Adds creaminess (up to 2% by weight = ~450g)
- Ceylon Cinnamon – Small amounts for warmth in vanilla blends (20–30g)
- Instant Espresso Powder – Enhances chocolate richness (10–20g for 50 lbs)
Instructions for Mixing:
- Sift all powders together to prevent clumping.
- Use a commercial-grade ribbon blender, cement mixer, or large drum tumbler.
