past several workouts ive noticed ive been getting light headed after a set. usually lasts a min then subsides. today however was worse, i actually felt shaky, and my heart was beating fast. seems like low blood sugar, but im not hypoglycemic:(

i cut the session short and left, barely made it to my car i thought i was going down. got some carbs in me now and feel a little better. wtf?? i started taking no explode a few weeks ago but idk why/if that would be causing it...help:confused:

was just reading the label for n.o., which says reduce/discontinue use if nervousness, dizziness, heart palpitations occur! all these pre-workouts say this tho, ive never had a problem. must be something in it idk?

Beta Alanine can sometimes do that(well atleast for me it did). I had the same problem before and I couldnt figure out what the issue was. I bought beta alanine by itself and that was sure the problem.

Now I buy all my preworkouts without Beta Alanine and I have not had that issue ever since.

good call, yea this has to be the issue. sorry for jumping the gun with a thread everyone haha, but damn i was like da fawk is going on here. looks like coffee and some 1,3 dimeth for me ;)
 
Those pre work outs are to much for me ive tried them all. I figure im on so much shit i dont need any more chemical .25 dbol gives u bump and no water gain, also a good cup of coffee or diet coke seems to do the trick, or a hot chick in the work out room works every time, good luck

Get a glucose meter,,,sounds like blood sugar too low or too high to me.

Yea gonna try half a scoop and see if that helps, if not ill just drop it

Ya know...I had the same thing a few years ago, when doing excercises on my back, and then it got worse; turns out it was an inner ear infection and vertigo. Hopefully this isn't the case, but don't rule out anything if it persists.
 
see a dr and get ekg to make sure. on a routine visit I said I get light headed and cant catch my breath sometimes during training. he did ekg and it was abnormal. went to cardiologist and he said I made the walls of the left ventricle of my heart thicker. most likely from years of training, aas and gh. left side pumps blood to the lungs. sux. prob a worst case but worth making sure.

yea no ear pains or anything. i was fine before the n.o. so this is most likely the culprit i think. gonna cut it back and see if this helps. thanks for your input i appreciate it

wow i sure hope this isnt the case. again though before no i was fine. didnt realize pre-workouts could mess you up like this:eek:

Mate, drop the NO explode crap :D. That stuff is junk, in my opinion. I tried it one time, just one scoop, and my body was shaking and feeling weak. It's a total waste of money.

If you want to dilate your blood vessels to improve nutrient transport (which is the intended goal of taking NO explode, but it doesn't work)... use cialis.

Yea that's what I'm gonna do. I took half a scoop yesterday and felt better but still off. Hell with that shit lol
