Beta alanine does that to me.

yeah its most likely the culprit... up to 2-3 grams was okay for me, well, tried 5g one time and it was hell. had an itchy scalp, burning face, felt dizzy and nauseous and had to lay down for like an hour, fell asleep instantly, felt like a hypo coma. never again will i use this sh*t

Same thing used to happen to me, especially when I started taking alpha lipoic acid. Then someone on the board suggested taking biotin 30 minutes b4 my workout and haven't had that happen again. It helps regulate blood sugar levels i believe.
