What does a heart attack feel like?? If it is a mild one then usually discomfort in the chest, shortness of breath, nausea, etc....the worse case it feels like someone swung a sledgehammer and hit the center of your chest...!! That is a very simplistic description to answer your question.

Depends, one artery you have chest pains that don't go away to you go to the hospital and have a nitro pill put under your tongue and the pain goes away in 30 seconds. All arteries will drop you out and if your lucky you wake up in the hospital you will have a nice zipper for your bad eating habits.
