I used to take all that stuff and the last two i havnt bothered. The last two cycles i have done have been the best as well and havnt got sick after. It may come down to taking what ever supps you always take just double them, rather than just adding supps on dnp cause the internets told you.

Stay hydrated, sugar free electrolytes and eat as little as possible. 101 on how to not die and lose fat on dnp. Not rocket science... lol

I still take general supps like ALCAR, Animal Pak, etc. But I have never been big on all the extras.

The biggest difference is electrolytes. I had some numb toes before but it felt like bloating to me. So I upped electrolytes and what do you know, that went away.

I have used RVSCI Reviver for years as a daily supplement on top of electrolytes for DNP. It also helped me with MK677 numbness.

A lot of those extras got big because of inferno cycles. Running a cycle and doing the most you physically can wasn't smart. I think a lot of the extras was just fear / preventive of perceived and potential issues. Its been, what, 20 years since Dan Duchaine recommended going up to 8 mg per kg.

I never had a lot of antioxidants, maybe 3-4 different things, but they ran out long ago and now I only use vitamin C, I use one gram for every 150 mg, there is no science or anything involved here, lol

Let’s say you are using 400 mg a day. half life is 36 hours.

To calculate your daily DNP “absorbed” dosage: 24/36 x dosage = 0,67 x daily dosage
So if I take 400 mg on Day 01, 24 hours later roughly 0,67 x 400 mg = 268 mg is absorbed. Of the remaining 132 mg 67% (132x 0,67= 88 mg) will be absorbed in the next 24 hours, etc, etc.....

Technically you will “never” reach 100% peak level but in normal life you can say “peak” level will roughly be reached around day 07.

Day 01: “0” (remaining: 400 mg)
Day 02: 268 mg (remaining: 132 + 400 mg = 532 mg)
Day 03: 356 mg (remaining: 44 + 132 + 400 mg = 576 mg)
Day 04: 386 mg (remaining: 14 + 44 + 132 + 400 mg = 590 mg)
Day 05: 395,3 mg (remaining: 4,7 + 14 + 44 + 132 + 400 mg = 594,7 mg)
Day 06: 398,45 mg (remaining 1,55 + 4,7 + 14 + 44 + 132 + 400 = 596,25 mg)
Day 07: 399,49 mg (remaining: 0,51 + 1,55 + 4,7 + 14 + 44 + 132 + 400 = 596,76 mg)
Day 08: 399,83 mg (remaining: 0,17 + 0,51 + 1,55 + 4,7 + 14 + 44 + 132 + 400 = 596,93 mg)
Day 09: 399,94 mg (remaining: 0,06 + 0,17 + 0,51 + 1,55 + 4,7 + 14 + 44 + 132 + 400 = 596,99 mg)
Day 10: 399,98 mg (remaining: 0,02 + 0,06 + 0,17 + 0,51 + 1,55 + 14 + 44 + 132 + 400 = 597,01 mg)
etc, etc, etc

in other words, you will never reach a daily “peak level” higher then the dosage you take every day. in this case that would be 400 mg. The half life will only regulates how much time it will take to reach it.

But indeed there are a couple you can burn more fat and there will always be somebody to proof it. But most likely the subject:

1. Would be incredibly heavy (and fat). In that case your BMR will be significantly higher then 2.000 Kcal
2. Will eat only app. 1.000 Kcal a day during the cycle
3. uses (a descent amount of..) steroids
4. Uses clenbuterol or, even “better” a very strong fat burner like iomax during the cycle.
5. Is one of the “lucky” very view with a disturbed metabolic rate which is naturally insanely high.

I guess it's powder, when you dry it it will look different.

I did think that but it dries into a fine powder/crystals and it doesn't burn like the darker DNP I've had before.

My powder looked different, but yours looks like it's caked. As for the burn test, I don't know how reliable it is.

Last lot i got was lighter like this dried out for longer than usual.

Seriously best DNP i have ever had period.
400mg had me sweating like a nun in a cucumber field

Only when it stop losing weight after a 1-2 day of drying will you be sure that the moisture is gone.

I would not like to answer that question, do you trust your seller? Dry the product and post new photos.

You can smell the product and see if it smells like industrial chemical shit. You can also check if it stains everything yellow.

If you are afraid or in doubt, start with a very small dose, such as 25 mg and work your way up from there little by little.

So this is an updated picture of it dried and crushed up a little.
I've read that crystal DNP can be this colour and it does look like little crystals are inside.
But it doesn't burn and explode like normal DNP powder would if you know what I mean by that?
I've never had crystal DNP so wouldn't know if all DNP is suppose to explode kinda like it does.

It doesn't really have a chemical smell either although it does stain everything yellow.

I have almost always had crystal DNP, only once did I have the powder. I also had doubts as to whether it was a legitimate product because it looked different from crystal. It finally was. Yellow is much paler and does not have such a strong odor.

I can't help you anymore, but I'm confused, your product looks like powder and not crystal.

The way yours looks now is similar to the ones I've had in the past.

It is a powder now I've crushed it down I mean but it's got like little crystals in that look a little like sugar I suppose you could say.

Thank you for the help anyway I'm gonna talk to my source because it just doesn't seem or look right.

That is powder, even the powder comes wet.

cap it up an just be careful for a week.
