I used to take all that stuff and the last two i havnt bothered. The last two cycles i have done have been the best as well and havnt got sick after. It may come down to taking what ever supps you always take just double them, rather than just adding supps on dnp cause the internets told you.
Stay hydrated, sugar free electrolytes and eat as little as possible. 101 on how to not die and lose fat on dnp. Not rocket science... lol
I still take general supps like ALCAR, Animal Pak, etc. But I have never been big on all the extras.
The biggest difference is electrolytes. I had some numb toes before but it felt like bloating to me. So I upped electrolytes and what do you know, that went away.
I have used RVSCI Reviver for years as a daily supplement on top of electrolytes for DNP. It also helped me with MK677 numbness.
A lot of those extras got big because of inferno cycles. Running a cycle and doing the most you physically can wasn't smart. I think a lot of the extras was just fear / preventive of perceived and potential issues. Its been, what, 20 years since Dan Duchaine recommended going up to 8 mg per kg.
