Last time I tried DNP, I went all in and lost 17lbs in 17 days. It worked great but not a pleasant experience and was very happy to end it. Thank you to Elvia for all the info he provided to get me through it.
Doing a recomp right now and decided to do 250mg every other day for at least 6 weeks.I’m in week 3 now and it’s been very comfortable and getting the results I want, slow and steady while maintaining strength in the gym. I think I’ll make the 6 week mark just fine. I know it improves health markers as well, so I’m taking advantage of that also.
I’d like to get a new baseline with bloodwork in May and wanted to know how much time should I allow the DNP to clear and my body return to normal before I give blood. I have no idea if DNP throws bloodwork off if you test immediately or even the week after when your body has a chance to get more carbs in and fills out.
