That can def be it as well. My love handles are absolutely the worsttttt and it’s the last place I lose on my body very stubborn for me. Just gotta keep dieting hard

Maybe look into MPA Vasoburn. I've been using it too but I'm still too fat to tell if its working

I got so lean that I had inverse love handles..




they are the most concentrated area of fat on the human body.


my buddy cuts up cadavers... he could not believe how much fat there is on the typical person in that area.



very strict diet, DNP, gh, and some cardio.

I've always been lucky in that I never really had issues with love handles.

My body tends to store fat evenly all over. Not sure if that is really good or bad....kind of depends on the look you're going for.
