I worked at the Vitamin Shoppe back in the day when that was a fad and had a bunch of older women coming in looking for it and raving about what they heard. That was the dumbest fad diet I’ve ever heard of to this day and my sentiments were identical to your own. Surely it was the HCG and not the damn calorie deficit that caused the weight loss... humans can be so stupid.
I like you already. Great info! Most guys join the board with dumbass first posts but here you are dropping some knowledge. Respect
How would you even measure such a small dose like this?
I love hearing shit like this. Im assuming he was on the 3mg/day protocol as well? Awesome! And the point of this entire thread! It works, and it works well and it works long term!
i dont see where that post even mentioned dnp?
You only need a high precision scale.
So would it be nice to have 5-10mg dosages while I am off more powerful 300mg cycles? Interesting
Is this thread for real? I'm a fan of DNP, but not for longevity. I haven't used it in a while but have plenty......Please NO one PM me for sources.
One time I went on a date with someone around 2011 and I had to suggest like 4 different restaurants before there was something on the menu she could eat. She was on the HCG diet and basically her whole life revolved around that diet. She couldn't drink alcohol either.
She sounds like a whole lot of fun!One time I went on a date with someone around 2011 and I had to suggest like 4 different restaurants before there was something on the menu she could eat. Bah Dum Tss!She was so fun that I never saw her again after that meal
Thank you for the articles. Ive found that one to two 250mg capsules are optimal for health without interfering much with performance and appearance. A minimal amount is needed in your system for the health benefits, which I think could be doubly important for gear users. Especially when it comes to the neuroprotective effects, prevention of atherosclerosis, lowers fasting BG, protects internal organs, and can reduce red blood cells to a degree. It helps maintain insulin sensitivity which in the long run will aid in building muscle as long as the dose is kept low, the anabolics will override much of the mTor effects of dnp. Although at my age, I'm more interested in maintaining, longevity and health. But either way, I think its a worthwhile measure, and even at just 250mg once a week, it leaves enough in your system to give you the health benefits all week without hampering your cycle. I think being on gear, its more risky not to be on DNP.
I’m actually wondering what an even lower dose long term would do for the positive cognitive effects amongst all the others.
50-100mg daily maybe. DNP is very strong and as BBers we take higher doses of everything that’s needed except nolva and a few Other random compounds.
@Butters-What dose does a 70 yo man take of DNP?
back to the dosing my main side effect I fear most, having had it before, is the possibility of a rogue cell going malignant and cancerous. It sometimes only takes a little amount of a carcinogenic compound to cause cancer cells to form or “mutate from normal healthy cells”

sounds like a surefire way to end up with cataracts
you don't really know what you're talking about
when the second largest concern besides death isn't even mentioned in a 5 page thread about long term use of a compound its probably a good thing someone doesnt know what theyre talking about then
Another idiot?
Cataracts only occurred in women, and avoiding them is as easy as taking 2 or 3 grams of vitamin C a day.
you don't really know what you're talking about
Here is fucking a great example of two morons that have read an article or two on the internet and are now experts on a subject.Another idiot?

I will ASSURE you that my ABUSE of DNP in my 30's led to the formation of my cataracts.
I had 4 different Ophthalmologists look at my cataracts and everyone of them said they had NEVER seen cataracts that looked like mine.
I had to get approved by a retinal specialist before my surgery because I was very myopic and there is a small risk of getting a retinal detachment after cataract surgery. When he looked at my cataracts he flat out asked me if I had ever taken DNP. I was floored. I couldn't believe he even knew about DNP.
After my surgery which was done by an Ophthalmologist that had done ten of thousands of surgeries before mine stated that he had NEVER seen cataracts that looked like mine after they were removed.
I was 41 years old when they were removed. It is almost unheard of to have cataract surgery at that age unless you have traumatic cataracts, which I didnt have.
After all of that I still use, but dont abuse DNP to this day. It is by far the greatest fat burner ever. It's magic in a pill.
Point noted. It's far from a surefire way to get cataracts. I feel like the odds of getting them are very slim. As noted, I was an abuser of DNP. Probably close to as bad as Little Slice was.To be clear, my post was referring to his assertion that it was a 'sure fire' way to get cataracts
