Well i will wait to see your final results before i comment. How was your temp? DId you ever feel REALLY hot or did you just sweat a little more than normal?

I was recommended low carb and will be giving it a go shortly.
Only thing that concerns me is the length of time it take for ejaculate to return
to a normal colour from bright yellow.
Anybody know how long it takes roughly, I'm going to be banking semen at some point and would rather not drop off dayglow samples.
It will be back to normal within a few days.
Planning on doing a longer run (4 weeks), at 200 daily (testing my tolerance with 100 daily over the first 3 days -- expecting not to feel a thing over this period).
I've done a whole lot of research over the past 6 months or so, and it just seems that there's no "right" diet to follow when it comes to DNP, everyone gets different results on different diets.
The one thing I have noticed, though, is the fact that women don't ever seem to get the same results that the guys do (though I'm beginning to think that this may be because the guys dose it much higher than the women).
In any case, I intend to do higher carb than I normally do (which is extremely low carb year-round for me, my body's always responded best to that).
According to everything I've read, it makes sense to at least keep the liver glycogen replenished with fruit -- and the added vitamins/antioxidants can't hurt (though again, not a complete necessity from my understanding). So it'll be relatively low fat with healthy fats coming primarily from fish and coconut oils, plenty of lean protein, tons of veggies, and fruit with most meals.
I've gathered that you've already completed your cycle; I personally would love an update in another week -- basically your overall impression once you've dropped the water you're holding.
